What data this website handles

Browsing data. The service that hosts the website automatically records some technical data, such as the IP address, the type of browser and the pages visited, to make it work and to protect it. This data is not used to identify you.

Data you send me. If you write to me by email or on WhatsApp, or phone me, I use the data you give me (name, business, contact details, content of the message) only to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare and manage the work. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., with its own privacy notice. The website has no forms.

If I wrote to you first

I contact businesses only at the email address that the business itself publishes, for example on its own website or public listing. I use the business name, the published email address and public information about its online presence only to propose to you, once, a service relevant to your work, on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). I never use PEC addresses and I do not pass this data to anyone. If you are not interested, reply “no”: I keep only your address in a list of people not to be contacted again, I delete everything else and I do not write to you again.

Why and for how long

Browsing data is processed for the legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and kept for the time strictly necessary. Message data is processed to reply to your requests and for pre-contractual and contractual activities (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and kept for the time needed to handle them and to meet legal obligations.

Cookies

This website uses no profiling cookies or tracking tools, and does not load third-party content. That is why you will not find a cookie banner. The website remembers in this browser, without sending it to anyone, a single preference: whether you folded the menu at the top (the browser’s local storage, which you can clear whenever you want).

Your rights

You may at any time ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to its processing (arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to vladimir@vladimirlungu.it. If you receive an email from me and want no more messages, just reply “no”: I will not write to you again. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Languages

This notice is also available in Italian and Romanian. If the versions differ, the Italian one prevails.
